Fps optimization?

Im running a 3070 8gb with a ryzen 9 5950x.

Ive seen many people online talking about getting steady 120 and 144 with the 3070 yet i can barely get a stable 116 out of it, and the game looks like dookie. Ive tried slamming the settings all to minimum, resolution scaled it, turned v sync on , turned on dlss and it helped a bit but i the game still looks awful when turning my head and doesnt get a stable fps. I also very annoyingly cant see people when looking down long range lanes most times, i often will have someone peek and shoot me when i dont even see anything pop up.

Anyone have any suggestions for getting better fps?

Hate to say this but the Battle.Net version has been shown to have more FPS than the steam version for some reason. It seems Blizzard is trying to force us onto their horrific launcher.

Ah ok so this is just another instance of a company not knowing how to optimize a game cool. Glad i paid for this
