Way less errors especially the dreaded direct x STEAM_SHIP_ERROR.
100% less than any number is 0 .. the player count is higher than 0.
maths not your strong point I guess
I never claimed the entire playerbase left i just claimed 100% of that BO6 spike is now gone. Telling me math isnt my strong suit when reading clearly isnt yours
youre joking right. Everyone on every single form of social media was covering in great detail every day of 1 week long event the player base never went up by so much as a single percent, it still only declined. Go on steam charts, and look for the last 60 days of cod its only losing players, not a single day during that 1 week event did it gain a player. it only continued to lose players at a rate of 1-1.5% per day we are now at a rate of about 2% per day now.
Not to call you stupid, but that argument is a strawman. The FPS problem was known since launch. So you are telling me people stuck around for 2 months just to drop it now because of FPS?
Stop the cap.
BO6's maps are also by far the worst in the series, not just Black Ops games but COD overall, and it feels like everything is driven purely by algorithms.
The game is nothing but a glorified camo grinding simulator. Once people unlock the mastery camo they just quite playing, or try to unlock one of the others, nobody seems to actually want to play the game for the game itself. My friend was hardly playing the game, because he thought it was pretty meh, but since he started going for Diamond or whatever, he's been addicted. It's actually disgusting what this game does to people.
At least MW3 wasn't full of AI artwork and voice acting. It felt like 50-50 good and bad matches, whereas BO6 feels 10-90 good to bad in my experience. You can't really get good if it's forever giving you players more than twice your skill level.
BO2 - 18,000
Infinite Warfare - 15,000 players.
Advacned Warefare - 12,000 players.
Black Ops III - 62,000 players.
MWII - 491,670 players.
BO6 - 315,000 players.
Steam is much more popular today that it used to be. Many BO6 players are moving to battle.net or gamepass.
Considering BO6 is one of the worst CODs of all time, the servers and netcode is broken, it just shows how passionate players are about COD that they put up with this. They will buy the game next year.
Game does not run in background. Crash handler and anti-cheat are closed when game is not running.
MW3 was not a cash grab. Or let me rephrase that, stop pretending like all the other COD's aren't cash grabs.
The 1 year cycle alone makes it a cash grab.
MW3 did so many things right, especially transferring over old cosmetics from MW2. It's literally all on the same bs engine, same for BO6.
The fact people said MW3 was DLC while not saying the same about MW2 is just beyond stupid.

And now imagine that the game, which became the most successful launch in the history of the franchise, setting records for the number of players in the first days after release, is being watched by only 15-16 thousand viewers per day on Twitch.
Anyway, true numbers don't lie.
