Glitch with the Prestige

Hey, I just had a question about a bug I've been experiencing while trying to get to the Prestige window. Every time I click on the window, it sends me back to the starting menu. I've tried restarting my computer and BO6, but it still isn't working. Does anyone know what might help? I've included a link to the problem recorded with outplayed.

I think if your account isn't ready to prestige, it won't work until it is. That's been my experience twice now.

oh well, it happens when you complete level 55

its a glitch, you have to restart the game and go back to the prestige menu (dont click anything else, like loadouts etc.)

its linked to the glitches:
"my friends say im offline, but im not"
"i cant change my clan-tag"
"my clantag changed itself"
"my name is loads of [?][?][?][?][?][?] when we load into a game/the killcam"
"my load-outs reset to the previous build after a game"
