Report a translation problem
And they did both of these due to people spamming reports, thinking more than 1 does anything.
To fix it I'd have to reboot the game several times.
We're in Season 3 in less than a week and there doesn't seem to be an ounce of actual fixes to the game, or cheaters.
No we are not. It's not until April 3rd which is just shy of 2 weeks out yet.
Regardless, you're still wrong.
The purpose of the message is for PR reasons, to show that the anti-cheat does not ban players based on multiple reports.
You will not be banned for reporting unless you totally abuse it.
Malicious Reporting:
First offense: User may be temporarily suspended from select features including the ability to submit reports.
It's really a non-issue. Even if you got unlucky and were flagged for 'malicious reporting', you can still play the game., but just can't submit reports for a while. They have made clear players will only be banned in the most extreme of cases.
Atvi is just extremely ♥♥♥♥ at doing updates, apparently.
