Unable to link steam account to activision/callofduty

I have already bought the vault edition and I am unable to link my steam account to my activision whenever I try it gives me " An error has occurred. " or sometimes it also gives me "The gaming account you are attempting to link is already connected to a different Activision account. Please log into that Activision account and unlink that gaming account before attempting to reconnect it to this Activision account." However it is not linked to any accounts. When I try login with steam on the call of duty site it just gives me "Sorry, an unexpected error occurred." and redirects me to https://profile.callofduty.com/cod/error/error.html
Does anyone know a fix to this issue I have already contacted support but still no response.

hey man did you end up fixing this? same thing is happening to me, my steam account is linked to some random account and I get the same error when trying to login through steam login on their site and even when I try to do "my account has been hacked" support ticket process.

nope emailed them they respond once then i get aired
