got banned on MW for cheatengine in background

yeah, i recieved a ban on MW for having cheatengine in the background, simply for another game i tried some things out..

i repeat : I AM BANNED FOR HAVING CHEATENGINE, now cry on little ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, theres nothing you could do to a mp-game with cheatengine lol

just garbage developers, never waste any kind of money for this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Cheater never should be allowed again to purchase Multiplayer games.

I was using it in single player, and there is also no problem with cheating in a game unless you use it to get an unfair advantage in a competitive game. Anyone who disagrees with this sentiment are just elitists who feel the need to control how others have fun.

I got perm-banned off Warzone, and I never used Cheat engine in the background. Or any other cheat tool/software.. ANYTHING.. I have no idea what did it, but my bet is on the VPN that I use to access my schools network and programs. Sometimes I would forget to turn it off before jumping into a few games. That being said, I don't think that's an acceptable cause for a permanent ban...

Worst part about the whole thing is almost everyone you tell about it just automatically take Activisions side and assume you were hacking scum. I dumped 1000+ hours and over $400 into my account and played since it came out. Why would I hack when I am funnelling money into the games battle pass, etc and just in general enjoying the grind and investing into my account.

So yeah, not everything is as black and white as you guys think. I made a YouTube video about my ban and I have hundreds of comments from people saying they are a victim of similar circumstances.

for csgo to ban you for using cheat engine you need to attach CE with csgo. just it running in the background attached to another title will do nothing to getting banned or not. I am regularly having CE open and using it with zero issues (testing stuff in other games, like finding glitches, potential skips, and so on)

Ironically the exact same thing except with MW19 and not csgo lol

No clues what changed, but back in 2020 I was just kicked out of Warzone for having CE open. You did more than just having it run in the background.

You know what: for fun and giggles I opened up CE, attached it to another game and opened up Warzone. Just got my game forced closed. No ban or anything like that. It didn't change since then.

So yeah: get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ cheater.

I'm telling you as a fact that's not true, and I would reccomend not doing that again. You may get banned as I was. Look, I have no reason to lie, and it's really frustrating when people tell ME what happened when you weren't even involved.

Funny how the “pro” streamers can blatantly cheat and not get banned and even got white listed and protected from reports. I guess money talks for activision.

spending money doesn't make you immune to getting banned for using cheats.

once again: I had cheat engine open for years while playing csgo and other games. Zero bans.

I have tested the same for warzone, "back in the days" when it first released, and even now: it will just kick you out of the game if you have CE open and attached to another game. It will never ban you for having it open.

NO GAME will ban you for having CE open and not attached to it.

You need to be a special breed to get banned.

You know what's funny:

the moment a cheat gets detected the developers of said cheat tells their customers to claim random ♥♥♥♥ in forums, like you do. There was even some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ claims like "it's because of discord" and so on for csgo, as I remember one of the biggest ban waves hit those cheaters.

Sadly people abuse the report button on certain people. And so easy to cheat without getting catched by using simple solutions I will not talk about in detail here. But yeah, money does talk when it concerns treatment
