Offensive chat penalty in private vc

Why the ♥♥♥♥ is this ♥♥♥♥ a thing ? WHY ARE YOU STALKING MY **PRIVATE** VCS ?!
I understand if I m saying this towards a player, towards an enemy, in proximity voice chat or in random lobbies.
BUT WHEN I SPEAK WITH A FRIEND, JUST US 2, IN A PARTY AND I CUSS BECAUSE OF HOW BAD THIS GAME IS AND HOW I DIE BY STUPID THINGS I GET A PENALTY ?!
It's like if I would talk to discord and say the same ♥♥♥♥ or use any other app or talk in real life and I get penalty for that. You devs are a joke

i got a VC warning because i said "♥♥♥♥ i hate that shotgun" in a private VC with one of my friends, all i do now is not use in game voice chat and use discord so the slimy bastards cant police my chats anymore.

i wouldn't have minded but i wasn't even annoyed it was a passing comment as i had been killed 3 times in a row by the same guy with the marine shotgun lol

after though i did rage about them policing my Privet VC over words and not fixing the game or dealing with the scum that cheat i hope they heard it but i doubt it lol

It's probably some AI ♥♥♥♥ they use to record these. It s so ABSURD especially since this game is known for its outrageous voice chats but cmon at least in your PRIVATE ONES this should be not applied

Don't expect me to act nice and kind when this kind of issue is certainly stupid because again, it was a private voice chat. You know what that means ? It means that no one besides my friend that I was speaking to was able to hear that and yet I get punished.
I could be anywhere else, discord call, skype, Teamspeak, real life and say the exact same things or even worse and it wouldn't change a SINGLE thing because others wouldn't be able to hear anyways.

You are playing Call of Duty, a game that has tons of bugs, issues, crashes, out of hand metas and unbalanced stuff, where you die most of the time because the audio is complete garbage or something doesn't work properly and it's basically an awful and annoying experience and I assure you that everyone complains about the same things and calls this game ass, especially top COD streamers so I am compleeeetely sorry if I am complaining harsh about a thing so small and stupid when there s other more important things that should be focused on. Not to mention the game is infested with cheaters but good job put AI to everything

Rather it's there or not. Policing a private voice chat with friends is absurd. It's also concerning as they seem to care more about that than the games repeated back to back crashes. As well as people already cheating

My friend is russian and discord is banned there and he can't use VPN to speak while playing the game and you cannot create your own chat on teamspeak and I ain t installing skype or anything else because it s not that deep plus we did vc in game for a few times already yet only yesterday it happened
