To be honest f#ck COD HQ(free trial access is a mess)

My friend owns MW3 and now he just wants to play the trial for BO6. COD HQ is not launching, so what is he supposed to download? There is a free trial, but I assume it was for MW3 as it says it was added in February 2024. Please help us out. We work on weekdays and are juggling with this issue on our weekend. He has COD Warzone 2024 downloaded—what else does he need to download? The game doesn’t even launch... I cant help him because I play on Ge-Force now where all the files are downloaded.

not sure if its the same issue for me, but COD won't launch. I've tried so many things, changing compatibility options, verifying files, and even doing a full fresh install. The launcher doesn't launch, in steam as soon as I try to launch it, after about ten seconds the process ends. sucks that I can't play my own game.

Same on my laptop, this after I had to upgrade from a RTX 6950 XT to a 2000$ 4900 just to play Cold War without the game crashing and none of the save your settings glitch and a new HDR only display glitch added to the next Black Ops game

Check your in your Steam Client - Library - Call of Duty -> Properties -> DLC - and then activate BO 6 Multiplayer 1 pack ! There is also a Call of Duty Free trial DLC for me, but date says 2022, 50 GB, I thinks its MW II...

Nah, those are files of BO6 MP mode (which includes zombies as well), date that you think about is date of acquired which might be 2022 when MWII had free access. Hope it helped
