Augment research not progressing

Anyone else have this bug? No matter how many zombie rounds I play or what I try to research the bar is not moving at all

I have played all three maps Easter egg and still only half XP researching quick revive it's been there for weeks

also need to reset every new match the check marks go away in research..

Hopefully they fix this, its super annoying and losing dozens of hours of progression is rough as heck
