Can confirm yes, I played the Beta on Battlenet & bought the game on Steam & all my beta rewards were there.

All progress and store unlocks (AFAIK) will carry over. All battle pass progress too.

BEWARE THOUGH: COD points from Steam will not show up or transfer to Battle.net, and visa versa. If you have COD points on one of the two platforms, then stick with claiming them on that platform.

if your battlenet and steam are connected on your activision account, so yes, it will.
i also did a similar thing this guy did, played the beta on battlnet but bought the game on steam, my progress are sill there
