Stuck On checking for updates

Just as the titles says, I'm stuck on checking for update even though I've been playing for the past 2 hours it just randomly popped up mid queue and now if i restart the game it stays on checking for update.

same worked fine yesterday now people are playing for free when i pay for the game and cant play it im pissed

Same issue here. Ryzen 5 3800x and RTX3080. I’m wondering if this is an AMD cpu issue? Dev Error HILLCAT

*UPDATE* Okay guys, I finally got my game to update and start working. Solution: Installed a VPN and it connected and updated right away. Hope this helps!
