Had the same issue couple of days ago,
Simply use any public DNS, will fix the update stuck for you.

DNS 1:
Primary: 78.157.42.101
Secondary: 78.157.42.100

DNS2:
Primary: 185.51.200.2
Secondary: 178.22.122.100

(You can switch the primary & secondary)
