Warzone 2 shooting range bug?

So i've downloaded the launcher and waiting to be able to get the actual game, when i access the shooting range via player personalization menu there's a overlay window saying "loading resources" that never closes.
Pressing esc will just bring back the main screen but the shooting range map is still loaded on the background ( i hear the gun shooting if LMB is pressed ) and cursor is still locked on the center of the screen forcing me to alt+f4 to exit.
Anyone having the same experience?

I have this same issue.
My best guess is that not having access to the range and loadout menu causes this bug to occur.

F6 brings you to the Gunsmith. Going to the Range from there causes the same issue.

same exact issue, glad to know it's common for the ones who have not bought the full game
