Higher DPI means less precision. I highly recommend getting a deskpad or giant mousepad and adapting to lower DPI. Work your way down in increments of 25 to 50. I used to play at 1600 too but there is a very good reason why professional players use low dpi. You'll need the deskpad eventually so you can have your keyboard as far to the left as comfortable to maximize space. Even with a deskpad I still occasionally slam my hand into the keyboard.
Just lower your in game sens and play with 1600

LOL no offense but you have other issues to worry about other than 1.2 miliseconds of additional input. Nevermind there are no low latency options to almost 0 ms options.
You will benefit from none of it. Cause just a few ms of latency in game will overshadow anything you do here.
ALSO THE LOWER YOU HAVE IT the higher the latency of the input. The middle ground is around 1600 where the upper ground is around 3200.
The modern sensors are not like old sensors where everyone is thinking lower DPI. Just older professional gamers have ingrained this into the mainstream populous into believing this is the way to do it. The tardicons follow in their footsteps and are actually hurting themselves.
For instance at 100DPI the latency of input can be as high as 51ms where as 800 is around 29ish. Notice the latency is going lower? 1600 is 1.2ms faster at peak latency values. The values do not stay the same there is a massive variation these are just peaks. 3200DPI is 1ms FASTER than 1600DPI.
So as you see there isn't a significant difference to matter for the average player but what I can tell you is the low DPI is the way to go is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with the newest sensor modules available.
Ya but the point is as you demonstrate with a nearly 50 ping variance. 1 or 4 ms is not going to be noticed. 10ms sure but we're talking about single digit differences.
Just FYI on everyone the modern sensors peak around 1600dpi for the lowest variance in latency with 3200 seeing no more than a 1 ms improvement. Everyone is doing it backwards these days. The new sensors don't work like the sensors from decades ago.
