Disable or auto skip kill cam

Is there a way to disable or auto skip the kill cam? It's absolutely annoying to press that button every time..

kill cam is a soft respawn timer in my opinion.

Play hardcore (tier 1) from the 16th no kill cam there though realise you probably just wanted to turn it off in normal mode.

Would be nice to have a setting where it only activates if you hold a button right after dying.
