Compare your comments to the comments on my account which I have held since I was 13. I'm sorry but with a history like that and no other interactions with you personally I find it hard to give you the benefit of doubt necessary to say it was for something as simple as installing the game. If they banned you it could be because the installer found cheat software and locked you out so your system wouldn't see the install process. I recommend flashing your PC to factory default and then trying to play the game without background processes interfering. Maybe it will let you in?

i have nothing on my pc. just try to insall it come back next day to a text say that am band, idk how that can be cheating. just thrash that they cant see that...

Hardware bans are a thing; if your PC was used by someone else to cheat, you get banned too.

Account bans are a thing, if you've been caught cheating in a game in previous years, you get banned here too; that includes family shared accounts linked to yours. So if you let your cousin borrow a game and he cheated, you're banned too on your accounts

You have "nothing" on your PC? That's an absurd over simplification, you have lots of things on your PC or you couldn't even have the game or steam running. You have nothing that would trigger a ban? At this point, it's your word against theirs and you've offered nothing for any of us to compare against. "Nothing" is never an option, some stuff exists or you wouldn't have a working PC.

Also, bans aren't instant; they are done in waves. You could have been caught weeks ago while playing on a different machine in a different game from this company and the bans weren't instated until now across your account.

The fact you think you had a VAC ban (when you actually have a game ban) tells us that no one here can trust anything you say as you can't even understand which type of ban you have or how any of this works.
