Well let me put it like this, anyone who can tell you battlenet, is currently on steam talking to you and not using battlenet.

People use steam forums lol. Anything is better then steam for call of duty. Never get call of duty on Steam unless you want everything in one place but the other platforms are alot better.

Yeah anything is better, other then ease of management, tracking of every update and every file that's changed in those updates to ensure apps can't sneak in malicious code (https://steamdb.info/app/1938090/history/), billions of dollars in security from valve over the course of nearly 20 years.... Uh, rating, reviews, the forums etc. Nothing any of these other platforms offer, so how are they better again?

You just said they are better with no proof. Infact you just gave me a + keeping everything in one place lol.

inb4 you talking about the 20 minutes on tuesday steam servers go down for security and update reasons, instead of doing it maliciously "on the fly".

The steam fourms are known for toxicity so the fact you even mention steam fourms is hilarious. I don't think valve will ever clean up the reputation their volunteer mods gave them when they were a thing even to this day still some of them ex mods are being corrupt and admitting it.

Everyone knows the other platforms are better. They don't disconnect you on Tuesday like valve does.

Steam is good for any other game but not Call of Duty.

Other platforms have fourms it called social media where everyone goes to Discord, reddit, Twitter etc. Battle net has fourms as well but they mainly for battle net only. Some users come to steam fourms as well.

With Call of Duty on Steam, you get all the Steam benefits. Playtime count, ingame chat, game forums, achievements, steam deck compatibilty.

Unfortunately, the game also gets you randomly signed out on Steam, due to miscommunication from the activision and steam servers. That or Activision just kicks steam players to make them choose the non disconnect platform battle net. At that moment, you loose everything. You loose your MP and or Warzone Match, or your full gear, loadout, and exfil streaks in DMZ / WMZ. Its hell.

I am a steam guy, I always stick to steam and will always prefer it despite the nasty ingame kicks and disconnects that I only encounter in CoD on Steam. Not even in OW2, or DIV this stuff happens.

Yep and it happens in no other game, I wonder if that's because the game does malicious things in the background like update files on the fly. Or y'k, COD is just that 'AdvAncEd'
