What are some Ideal Frames in warzone maxed out settings with Upscaling?
NO matter if its dlss, or fsr? what are your ideal fps for an exceptable experience? i play maxed out with Image Scaling on a 3090 and for the most part around 131fps locked in most areas more or less 1440p on an i5 what do you think is actually the best way to go?

Max graphics (other then shadows are on high because vram, ultra uses raytracing or sum smh, I got that old tech, old tech.) FSR 3 quality mode w/ frame generation

150-160 FPS
5600x and a 1080TI
1080p @180HZ
FSR 3 is hit or miss though, some machines it runs great other machines have minor issues.

Realistically you *could* render the game in 1080p and upscale to 1440p if you like seeing high frame numbers that's a bit disgusting however I don't recommend that.

I think I see your issue. if your core or vram isn't maxed at 100% then it's your CPU so nothing graphical will really help. 130 FPS is pretty good for 1440p so I don't think you need to lower your graphics. If you feel like you notice visual lag try knocking down your monitors refresh rate to like 120 HZ then turn on V-sync. Or if you have v-sync on turn it off and set a frame cap in game to 120. (ignore changing the monitor refresh rate in the second solution)

If your trying to pull more frames then what your core can handle (like v-sync tries to do) it'll cause frame buffering if your components can't handle 240 fps at 1440p. For example if you have v-sync on your game it may be trying to pull 240 FPS (if you have a 240HZ monitor) when your GPU can only do 131 fps. pushing either your CPU or GPU to it's limit depending on the most limiting component.
