you MUST changed files games for being banned, nothing else...
Software that's not whitelisted can do this.
In fact, if you search Realtek on Microsoft Store, nothing comes up. Why?
You say that, but Activision only offers scripted responses. Who's playing?
Windows Error Reporting: Microsoft Gaming App, System Restore: Realtek Audio Universal Service, Application Error BlackOpsColdWar.exe: ntdll.dll, Windows Error Reporting: Application Error BlackOpsColdWar.exe (ntdll.dll), Microsoft Gaming App, Application Error BlackOpsColdWar.exe: ntdll.dll, Windows Error Reporting: Application Error BlackOpsColdWar.exe (ntdll.dll), Microsoft Gaming App, Windows Error Reporting: Microsoft Gaming App, Application Error BlackOpsColdWar.exe: ntdll.dll, ACCOUNT BAN.
Someone said you can look at Event Viewer. I did and there are some warnings of crashing like behavior. Obviously, if my case gets escalated I would tell them to look at that.
ACCOUNT BAN (Phone, Hardware, Activision, Blizzard). I did not try to trigger Anti Cheat in any other CoD (they haven't been logged in to since January and last year, the last thing I played online was Black Ops 6 Open Beta which also did crash at times) or any other game. Black Ops Cold War does not appear to use Ricochet. But if they're using account bans, then it wouldn't matter what game got triggered, because they would then have to go update the other anti cheat if they truly believe there are no false positives. In my opinion, they should write a guide about what triggers false bans before you boot the game (a checklist) so we don't have to wait with no answers. And believe me, this is a false ban because they have zero data of me playing online.
But I do notice higher FPS in typical high FPS environments on AMD.
“Windows 11 24H2 may cause games that use the kernel-level anti-cheat software, Easy Anti-Cheat, to crash.'”
My SMT is disabled. VBS is disabled.
“Microsoft says it's working on a fix for the Easy Anti-Cheat compatibility issue.”
I don’t notice any BSOD on AMD. But I do see Event Viewer ApplicationError ApplicationHang warnings.
“Microsoft writes, adding: "To safeguard your update experience, we have applied a compatibility hold on devices running the incompatible Easy Anti-Cheat drivers.”
‼
“Microsoft has also found other Intel compatibility issues with 24H2.”
“11th Gen Core Intel processors with the new Windows version may experience compatibility issues with Intel's Smart Sound Technology drivers if the driver is version 10.29.0.5152 or 10.30.0.5152.”
‼
“Windows 24H2 is a substantial software update that comes with some new features for Copilot+ PCs.”
“It also enables Wi-Fi 7 support, Bluetooth audio enhancements, a new File Explorer, updated Wi-Fi options and settings, new Remote Desktop features, and more.”
“A recent Windows update, KB5043145, also has some major compatibility issues with some PCs.”
“The Sept. 26 update has caused some users' PCs to crash with blue or green screens, triggered reboot loops, and cut off connections to USB and Bluetooth devices.”

“Windows 11 24H2 + Process priority will get you banned on COD.”
Another Windows 11 24H2 banned account offered to re-record with no cuts showing how quickly it triggers Account Banned. However, Account Bans ban hardware, IP, probably cross-logins, etc. I wouldn't normally think they are permanently banning low level accounts without warning you through the Shadow Ban system. I have never played the game in multiplayer long enough to see a shadow ban; Additionally, there is no stats tracker site—API privileges have been removed for reasons. I assume a low level account is staged: (1) You have one game in your account, (2) You have more than one game in your account, (3) You’ve purchased micro transactions, (4) You are a known streamer, (5) You’ve been tricked into playing the Black Ops 6 Richochet Beta/Code Test on your Battle.Net account (Ricochet states they banned innocents while they attempted new things during the BETA.) (6) You have cross-logins on same PC before Ricochet (2022) and Overwatch 2 where they require phone linking to a maximum of "One" Battle.Net account at a time. Though, they revoked the phone requirement for Overwatch 2 free-to-play accounts with the original Overwatch 1 pay-to-play license.

TRANSCRIPT:
“I reached out to my contact someone that has always assisted me with things in the past such as clearing up misinformation and much more we discussed a few things and I believe I have the answer to the ban issue. My contact is not from the Ricochet team but someone very close to the studios.”
“Thanks for reaching out before publishing misinformation about Ricochet. Every temporary ban in the new beta is nothing more than what the community calls shadow bans. As there is no lobby to place suspected cheaters into, the players are just removed from participation in the beta. I can't comment on every case, but I can shed some light to avoid people getting confused thinking everyone is reported by other players. Ricochet monitors games and certain criteria is checked for new accounts. If someone creates a new account, Ricochet will monitor this only if they are getting a certain number of kills per game - normally stage one. At stage two they are watched for their game style. Would a new player be running around sliding using plates and hitting 20 kills? Of course not! This is why that player would be detected and shadow banned during the beta. Some players on PC were hitting High kills each game and with the accounts being at level 20 the system shadow banned the players. Some legit players got caught up in this, but make no mistake—and I want to be clear on this—the system caught many cheaters and many more were given timeouts for using third-party software. The Ricochet team are constantly adjusting the AI detections and it's an extremely complex process. If you didn't have these early detections in place it would result in banned players simply creating new accounts and just outright spoiling games. So, to clear this up, the system works and the bans actually were [mostly] correct just the old criteria was not taken into account for the beta. If proven, Call of Duty players that have competed in championships are temporarily banned. Clearly it's not correct and they will be un-banned, but this is not the same for other people if they are shadow banned. I would think long and hard about that, because they are more than likely using something to give them an advantage. I understand many people think because someone is cheating that Ricochet is not working. However, I can assure them Ricochet is working. Just because they are not banned instantly does not mean a detection was not made. I would encourage you to report anyone you suspect is cheating and do not let this deter you from playing Black Ops 6.”
If I was banned for my playing the Black Ops 6 Open Beta and doing better than expected, THIS IS AN OUTRAGE. Essentially, they are pushing you to one master account with all other accounts linked to the same one. They may even ban you for having no friends as is harped about like Tim Sweeney's push for a metaverse.
What I don't understand is if these Account Bans will be perpetually triggered by hardware, IP, probably cross-logins, etc. So you could never be allowed to do what they are pushing for: High level accounts all linked to the Activision account. I thought I had waited long enough for them to iron out the kinks (I never bought MW2 or MW3.) They are potentially not interested in those who just want to play the Campaign or Bots and not play the Multiplayer. I, for instance, would never play Warzone and I never liked Zombies. If this is the case, then I would ask them to remove the language in the Ban Appeal Bullying Process that mainly says, “In case you want to play our other Activision Blizzard games, then don’t do that again.” They should not link Call of Duty to Blizzard—and Blizzard Customer Support really does say the same, “Go talk to Activision.” This feels like my McAfee Anti Virus & Windows XP days all over again! The only difference is Blizzard had real customer support then when your account isn’t flagged to be bullied by Activision. RIP.

1. False Positives in Anti-Cheat Systems: Automated systems designed to detect cheating can sometimes mistakenly flag legitimate players. This can happen due to software errors, unusual gameplay patterns, or even interference from other software running on the player's computer.
2. Account Hacking: If an account is compromised and used for cheating or other violations, the original owner might be banned without having done anything wrong themselves.
3. Miscommunication or Errors: Sometimes, bans can result from miscommunication or errors within the support and enforcement teams.
Activision's stance that "there are no false permanent bans" is likely a reflection of their confidence in their anti-cheat systems and enforcement policies. However, this can be frustrating for players who feel they have been wrongfully banned, especially when they are not provided with specific evidence of their alleged infractions.
Regarding the restriction of API access and reduced community engagement, these actions might be part of a broader strategy to control the narrative and reduce the potential for negative publicity. By limiting API access, Activision can prevent third parties from gathering data that might contradict their official statements.
The allegations about cutting customer service and relying more on AI-based systems could be driven by cost-cutting measures and a shift towards more automated solutions. This can lead to a perception that the company is less responsive to individual player concerns, which can further erode trust within the community.
The broader context of these issues includes ongoing controversies and legal challenges faced by Activision Blizzard, which have highlighted systemic problems within the company. These challenges might also influence their current policies and practices.”
