Black screen with loading when launching COD HQ

I have attempted to install this game from xbox app and now from COD and I keep getting the exact same problem. I get the COD watermark and then it loads onto a black screen with a frozen loading wheel and stays like that.

My PC specs;

Ryzen 7 8700 G w Radeon 780M
AMD Radeon RX 7600 XT
1TB SSD

Do you have enough free space on the HD for the game + 35 GB???

Also +35 GB on systemdisk, if the game is on another disk....
