*FIXED* - Call Of Duty HQ Not Launching
If you can't launch the game, I figured out a new solution.

Essentially, Logitech G HUB was blocking the game, and causing it to not launch. This solution should work for anyone who has a different program that is blocking it.

Go into your Windows Defender application. From there, you need to enable a specific setting. Go to Device Security, which will be on the left in Windows Defender. You then will need to click on Core Isolation Details, then enable Memory Integrity.

Now, if your like me, chances are a program will appear and say that it's essentially blocking you from enabling Memory Integrity. THAT is the problem. For me, it was a specific file from Logitech G HUB, and sorry but I can't remember the file name, however it will tell you the exact name of the file that is causing the issue.

I then went into System32, located the file. What I then did was renamed the file, and all I did was keep the same name of the file but added ".old" at the end of the file name. It will then prompt you to restart your PC after renaming the file. From there, launch the game and you should be good to go.

In summary, what is happening is the game is seeing this specific Logitech File that shouldn't even be in your System32, because I uninstalled Logitech G HUB and it still didn't go away.

Hope this helps!

I found my fix, I hope it works for someone as well. I had a feeling that it was Ricochet just closing my game because something that I am completely unaware of is triggering it so I went to System Configuration, Services tab, then checked the box Hide all Microsoft Services, and then clicked Disable All, Apply, OK, and let it restart my pc. Now I've got into COD HQ from Steam and got to preload all the shaders AND got into the BO 6 game with no issues at all. Now I just have to go back and slowly turn on all disabled services 1 at a time to see whats causing the crashes.
Edit: after painstakingly turning on a service at a time and restarting and starting COD HQ then BO 6 I FINALLY found my issue. Spybot Anti-Beacon Interceptor service was triggering Ricochet Anti Cheat. I had shut down Spybot anti beacon many times before thinking it might be the reason but I learned tonight that if you let this service run on startup it doesnt matter if you kill the app or the process in task manager, Ricochet will still shut the game down. So, if you arent having errors in your bootstrapper log or crash report and your game is just going straight to desktop after a random bit of time then you might have some anti telemetry prog thats pissing off the anti cheat. OP might want to edit this post and add that in. Hope this helps.

Why do you even use Spybot? It us not really safe for end users. Often it is in conflict with Microsoft Defender and other Programms like you have experienced
