When BO6 launches, will MW3 get any new seasons/battle passes?

This is the first COD since 2012 for me, and I don't know how the support of older titles goes when a new one launches. I have around 1300 Cod Points (really? this is what they named it?) and I want to know if I can use them on a future battle pass.

MWIII has 1 Season left, Season 6 and that is it for MWIII.

You can use cod points across cod games, so keep them for BO6. After the last season of MWIII (soon), that'll be it and the game will be abandoned.

I will not purchase BO6, kinda burnt out on COD frankly. Thanks though,it seems 1 more season coming, cool.
