I was banned on BO6 beta for no apparent reason.

I'm a Old Cod Player, i play a lot, and i enjoy it! But in the middle of nowhere, i'm banned without explanation? I never used hack's in my life. And i can prove it, wtf? And i can't even appeal the ban. 240 hours ban, fckin ridiculous.

I'm banned for being good? This is just unfair.

you're just straight up dumb, just type on twitter "bo6 banned" and you'll see the amount of people falsely banned especially Xbox game pass users for 264 hours. if you think a cheater would be temporarily banned then you're dumb and if you think a cheater would ask why they got banned then you're even dumber

I can assure you if you went and thoroughly checked the kernel of every single person claiming they were banned in this thread you will see that almost no one here is actually a hacker or cheater in any way. A massive amount of Gamepass players and a large amount of BNet and Steam players have been getting temporarily banned since the beta began. Note that permanent bans are a result of cheating, temporary bans are not. This has all been caused by either a mess up on Activions side or because whenever a player does well, bad players get sour and spam report them, causing the temporary ban to activate. This is what I believe happened to me, because the enemy team kept calling me a hacker because I dominated them with a sniper right before I got temporarily banned. I have never touched mods or hacks in my 10 years of call of duty. Activision just has a terrible system that they couldn’t care about. As long as they can say “Our anticheat is working because x amount of accounts have been banned” meanwhile the real hackers are still running and gunning with no worry in the world. To end off, hackers wouldn’t even be on this thread, they would just make a new account and continue. The rest of us care for our accounts and want to enjoy the beta, so stop acting like you know it all because you clearly don’t.

There are high level players been banned now. FNATIC Stallion for one. Sooo many people reporting on it. This happens repeatedly since Ricochet was introduced. People need to start realizing not all these "why was I banned???" posts are people lying. They even admitted to the false positive involving Geforce NOW. You gotta be incredibly naive to think there are move false postives.

I just had a 40 to 8 kill game and not got banned. Are you sure it is not a chat ban, and how can you have 260 hours play time in this game if it not be out that long maybe that what it pick up on. and for the cheater out there play with them on really. if you have to cheat in a game like this you got some serous mentally problems and probably you should be playing with a baby rattle instead because that how much brains you got

More streamers cheat than not. Most do at one point or another.

All you can do is submit a ticket at Activision to appeal unban request.

That's the worst part, you can't, temporary bans can't appeal.

Yep but I think you just violated something in terms of service if your being serious. But if people were getting false banned, news sites would of covered it already.

How do you know he is? That's exactly why they need a team of people to ANALYZE the gameplay of reported people, not just ban them.

I'm not claiming to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ know whether he cheats or not. I'm saying false positives are a fact, thus not every single person saying they were banned was cheating. Massive influx of false ban reports, all claiming the same thing - including people with their actual job on the line. Dismissing those outright without any thought or care is dumb.
