What GPU do you have? Currently myself and another user is having issues on a RTX3090
Rtx 2060 super
I know my hardware can handle it. friend is on an old laptop and plays at around 70-80 fps on ultra
Go to Device Manager, click on Display adapters and right click your GPU, then click uninstall device and check the remove drivers box, now restart the PC and download the new driver from Geforce Experience and restart again. Worked for me!
