It's in Call of Duty HQ, not a separate game in your library.

It's now as a "DLC" to Call Of Duty in Your library. Go into Steam Properties of Call Of Duty and You will see Black Ops 6 stuff under DLC.

it's going to be under "call of duty" upon release.

Even if you were to purchase the game on console it will be under "Call of Duty" since CoD uses the CODHQ as a one stop place for everything call of duty now.
You can see this by right clicking Call of Duty which is CODHQ. Then going to properties, then go to your DLC to see if it is listed.
