Any crap in there that could interfere with COD?
Do you have AV running?
If so, briefly disable it if you can, and test the game. If the game loads. Quit out, re-enable your AV and then google how to unblock COD with it.
Have you setup port mappings on your home router for any COD before? If so, maybe they are conflicting or the game is being re-directed wrong.
Have you looked in "Event Viewer", specifically in Windows Logs->Application
Anything regarding cod.exe in there.
