Call of Duty Black Ops 6: Error Code 0x00001338(11571)n

So, I have been working at this for the past several hours.....


I am unable to play the game due to this error. After hours of scrolling through Reddit, Youtube, and any website with a tidbit of information, I still can't find any information to solve this problem.

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. I am at my wit's end here.

I have the exact issue here which led me to refund the game. Just to confirm my theory, What CPU are you using?

i guess AMD...? same theory as yours man. i cant beliebe they're not fixing it yet

The way I fixed my crashing is by under vaulting your cpu by a couple of digits and making sure that xmp was on

I undervolted my i9-13900K to 53x from 55x did not work, then realized that CoD has an issue with CPU's hitting above 5.0 Ghz so now I undervolted it down 49x cores and i want to test if i will still crash but im playing on gamepass

just had a 4 hours session with no issues then it crashed. Im suspecting this may because my cpu is hitting 70-80 degrees and my cpu is dying but i will continue testing.

I’m back to continuous crashing. My theory is cpu temp is causing the game to crash

Found a permanent fix: What worked for me is Setting your graphics to Ultra or lower. Extreme causes crashes. I also undervolted my cpu to 47x p cores

I fixed the problem with reinstalation and I also turned off full screen mode
