I literally cannot play the game and it’s pissing me off
This would be my fourth discussion now about this but for some stupid reason BO6 for me feels like it’s stuck to maybe 60hz or 30hz when everything is set to 200hz. I literally cannot play with how bad the input delay is and no matter how many settings I change I can’t fix it. I also noticed that the frame rate cap for me doesn’t do anything, and also nvidia reflex doesn’t seem to work either. Not sure what it is I was able to play literally every other cod game without this issue even mw3 feels like it’s supposed to. Not sure what to say but I’m truly just upset cause my idiot self bought the vault edition thinking this game would’ve been fine off rip this year but for some reason something stupid always has to happen. Now I’m bummed out and have to hope and pray they fix this and also cannot play with my friends which was the whole point of me buying it. Not sure if I’m the only one having this, but any help if applicable would be appreciated. It’s worth mentioning I get normally 120-160fps on average with a mixture of high and low settings with dlss. And I’m running on a Ryzen 7 3700x RTX 3060 32gb DDR4. Also I get no stutters aswell so it’s like yeah it’s “smooth” but not really and the input delay is awful.

I've noticed that DLSS or any frame gen gives me a noticeable amount of input lag depending on the game. Same thing with Nvidia Reflex. I always turn it off as I feel that the game is more responsive.

Also you can turn on in game telemetry to see what FPS you're actually getting in game and how hard your GPU/CPU is working in relation. I'd recommend turning it on to see how hard your hardware is pushing itself to get you the frames it's producing. I'm getting 100+ FPS with everything on high with no upscaling or frame generation on my RTX 4080. Everything is smooth, maybe an occasional stutter in multiplayer, but nothing in campaign or zombies.

This didn’t fix it lol, it was a setting in the campaign that was turned on for some reason

For anyone still having this issue for some stupid reason treyarch decided to make a secret amd frame generation setting in the campaign on by default which caused an abysmal amount of input lag for me.
