Might be first signs that cpu is starting to hold you back in newer titles. I had exactly same problem with cpu from 2012 (i had i7 3770 non K, this year upgraded to i5 12600kf), it was fine until BOCW integration to WZ1, and everything after that went downhill, with each COD, BF, or other game except Overwatch, Valorant and R6 Siege. I was never able to make it like pre integration. CS was fine, but CS 2 didnt run well. Think about planning to upgrade in the next 2 years, unfortunately in about that time seems like 3060 might become new min requirement gpu as well for newest titles.
But to mention, i cannot pick DLSS upscaling, it resets it back to Fidelityfx CAS, i have been looking for further information.
Playing the campaign still stutters a bit with DLSS on
I have done hours of testing and DLSS is working it nets more FPS than native but not much, FSR gets slightly less for the same resolution/quality setting and the visual quality does change when you select each setting, try doing it in the training area in MP.
