Cant connect to multiplayer or zombies on BO6

Im having problem connecting to mulitplayer on BO6. "Waiting for relay" pops every few second and when Im trying to play find a match in multiplayer, the game search for a minute then promps a message saying "Unable to connect to host". Seems like is also accured during the beta. Any tips is welcomed

it's your internet provider. try using youre mobile hotspot 5G, works for me
