B06 - Cant download Multiplayer

I have the game but it will not let me download multiplayer at all???

i go to the manage files it says download, i press install nothing happens?

What ive tried:
restart steam
turn pc on and off
verify game files
check i did buy it
download the whole cod (only selecting bo6 dlc packs)
update GPU
verify again and again

NOTHING ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ WORKS

I HAVE FOUND A SOLUTION

Fix = Go to setting - downloads - clear download cache

Should work :)

Thats the issue I think i'm having, I can't install what I don't own. Hopefully support will sort it out soon.
