Game crashes at launch + Campaign doesn't load anymore

Managed to play for a few hours before issues began popping up. When trying to load COD HQ, if the intro doesn't show up, the game will crash due to an unexpected error. Verifying the game files does nothing.

Another issue currently is that if I do manage to load into COD HQ, the campaign doesn't want to load. It just closes COD HQ and I sit there waiting, but nothing else starts. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

POSSIBLE SOLUTION TO CAMPAIGN ISSUE:
I noticed that DLSS disappeared from the Upscaling/Sharpening menu, which I have no explanation as to why. Changed it AMD FSR1 when in the BO6 main menu and now I'm in the SP menu. I can also see DLSS available again, but only in the SP launcher. Not available in Multiplayer.

It is weird considering I was able to play it no problem like half an hour ago, but now it doesn't launch. Task Manager shows that upon launching, it straight up crashes, but I don't get the COD Crash Handler where it says "Game crashed due to an unexpected issue", etc. Saw some other folks had the same issue where campaign was crashing and they weren't able to play it at all while having no issues with Multiplayer or Zombies.

Same here. It's so utterly retarded to separate SP into a different program.

But then again the whole idea of COD HQ is retarded so I guess it's just typical Activision level ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

I finished the first 2 missions and the game crashed during the cutscene. Logged back into the game only to find out that none of my progress was saved. So I started again and completed first 2 missions once again and reached the safehouse. And the game crashed again in safehouse. Now campaign won't even launch.

Same here. Crashed in the middle of the 2nd mission and would repeatedly crash when trying to resume. Now the campaign won't even launch from CoD HQ. Was also running into crashing when changing graphics options earlier. I remember that has been an issue as far back as MW 2019 that comes and goes.

So I guess, unless we get lucky somehow, won't be able to finish the campaign until Treyarch releases a patch. Damn, and I had just reached a point where things got interesting and now I can't progress.

somehow in the timespan of 10 hours they broke the campaign with an update. It was literally workign right after launch.

I literally got into the first mission, gained control of my character (except not really because my controller had priority over my keyboard for some reason). Restarted the game after unplugging it and now I can't even get to the campaign because it crashes, lmfao.

I think same. MP loads until the start of the match then just black screen and on the right I see the map, Zombies I cant start a match it says network error....this is happening for hours. I tried verifying files, latest drivers, reinstalling drivers, latest windows update, restarted PC multiple time nothing works. Could play campaign but only briefly then I got thrown even from there...

I played one match in MP and then tried to play the campaign. It crashed when I switched. Checking the files didn't help.

I'm having the same issue. Since last night I've been trying to play MW3 and I couldn't. What's going on? I already verified my game hella times. Activision always screws it up

for launch campain, after 10 try, launch it from main page, down left little icon bo6 campain
but unfortuaneely need update, no more restart =(

I uninstalled KB5044285 and KB5044033 and can actually start the campaign now. I had just installed the updates this morning.
