Bo6 Changing analog sticks Dead Zone does not change the ingame behavior at all.

I've had the same problem with mw3 but managed to reset everything in order for my dead zones to register. somehow its reverted back to how it wasn't working. before I tried in actual Bo6 ingame i tested it in firing range and noticed my analogue movements weren't consistant with my aim, I went to deadzone testing in settings to test out if my deadzones were working and it showed it was perfectly fine which it wasn't anybody have any solution please let me know cheers.
