[BO6] Vault Edition + Monster Collab

Hello guys i have a problem.
My friend gifted me BO6 normal edition and after that gifted me upgrade for Vault edition. In the game i have all bonus for vault except "Woods Pack" still locked in game character.

Second problem i redeemed all code for Monster Energy collab but in game i have only 2XP.

Anyone here got these two my same problem?
