Vault edition items not showing

So i prepurchased vault edition and it says i dont have it?
i cant use woods skin n stuff
and is this even the full release most the content was just how it was on beta and that free weekend!

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

woods was never part of the vault edition he was a part of the pre order i think so even if you dont have the vault you should have it. but right now its bugged and says you need to buy the vault which is not the case

It says Woods Operator pack right on the included items for the vault edition

Any Solutions guys? I have had to reach out to Activision directly. They said that they will be back in contact with me within 2 days.

i had some help from activision support team. following steps worked for me.

Let me know if it works for you.

1. Clear download cache: https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/6AD7-820D-8BE5-E51F

2. Check integrity of Game Files: https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/0C48-FCBD-DA71-93EB

Now i can access woods

p.s. - you will have to log back in your steam account.
