Permanently Banned for unauthorized software and manipulation of game data.

First off, I don’t even know what this means. I was hit with a Shadow Ban last week and then had to wait a week to appeal. I then appealed the ban and got permanently banned? All I did was download the game via steam and started playing, now I can’t even open it due to a permanent ban. I don’t even know what I did.
If anyone finds a solution, please let me know!

this is what happens when you use AI to filter cheaters. Maybe you have something installed on your PC that's triggering it. Check your background apps running in task manager and see if there's any that don't need to be running.

ai doesn't apply permanent bans, it can flag an account for investigation by a human and if they're found to be cheating then it goes on the next banwave list

Same thing happened to me last night and i have never ONCE cheated. It is pretty obvious by my K/D and accuracy stats. I was wrongly banned because of this BS Ricochet Anti-Cheat and they pretty much just stole 80 dollars from me. I played maybe 40 hours of the overpriced game.

Me too. I got temp banned yesterday from BO6 servers, and got no reason why. I just assumed bug or report from some toxic player. Today I got a perm ban, and had no idea why until I checked my other email account...
