played warzone one time and now my clan tag got changed to someone elses and I can't change it

it just goes to a "connecting screen" and keeps doing it everytime i click change clan tag

its wide spread mine keeps going back and i did all fixes from activision and reddit and every time i see it come back game freezes for a min and goes to random tag so ive pretty much gave up on call of duty besides bodycam is much better and any real war game players went to bodycam
