Names not showing when people chat

Is there a way to fix names not appearing when people use voice chat? Doesn't matter if it's prox or squad chat. All I see is the speaker icon when someone chats.
Also, is there a way to change the color of those that are speaking in prox chat instead of it all being the same color?

Int the game settings, Interface - set "Player Names" to full name - to show it all
color settings: - Interface: "Color customization" - set the wanted colors there

They did that on purpose because snowflake streamers were crying that people reported them for foul language. That's why you never see famous streamers get comm banned, regardless how much they swear and talk ♥♥♥♥.

But if you dare to say "suck my balls" enjoy your 14 day comm ban.
