attachment and customization

Is there actually by any chance someone at this company whos not fully incompetent? How can it be possible that skins which you buy with your real money dont work? Its not like its a new bug and it will be patched after 1 day. This ♥♥♥♥ is since the beginning. You cant change some of your attachments since they will revert in game to standard, if theres a skin for attachment you cant equip it cause there is no option anymore. whats wrong with that people?
