Bo6 on steam vs Battlenet

Im currently playing on a 4060 laptop and i see people constantly playing this game at max settings getting around over 120 or 140 at 1080p no frame generation, but when i play it on my own it only gives me around 60 to 90 fps... Thats when i found out that this game is bugged on steam however on Battlenet people have more stables FPS and higher FPS...
They need to fix this game on their platform because we didn't pay 70$ to worry about crashes or input lag when our PCs can run this game decently

FF7 Remake also caused by Steam. Many games, too since years.

I don't know why they still don't fix this. Before season 1 come out I had around 120 fps at 1440p, highest video settings, but now I only get 70 fps lol, running on 127k+3090, it's crazy I only have 70 fps now.

You're using a laptop 4060. The others are using a discrete 4060. There's about 20% to 30% difference in performance.

The game apparently runs fine on Xbox App, at least according to video comparisons from 2 months ago. It doesn't sound like they've fixed it still for Steam, unless someone who owns it here can chime in. I'd like to get BO6 on Steam, I hate Battle.net and Xbox App.
