Can't refund this game

Since I have hundreds of hours in warzone, I'm not able to refund black ops 6 despite having less than 2 hours in-game and owning less than 2 weeks. Seems like a huge oversight that's resulting in paying $70 for a game I literally can't play

Go to Help, Steam Support, Purchases, and refund it from there. I was able to atleast despite having 11 hours in Mw2 and WZ

Make a manual ticket.

Find the BO6 purchase itself... https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithPurchase

Choose "I still have a question..."

Explain the entire issue carefully.

And hope for the best.

Don't touch Call of Duty HQ (none of the titles) until you get a reply from support.

I got another reply telling me "I far exceed the play time allotted for returns" but still have less than 2 hours

Bro same for me, not even 2 hours in game, they canceled my refund ticket 2 times, after that i messaged support, they canceled that and send me message where they saying i need to send refund ticket and now im sending refund ticket... If they cancel it, i dont know then
