You may have noticed, just like me, an inconsistency in weapon damage. It fluctuates a lot and many people complain about it. Today I came across a video that a player shared that he needed no less than 25 SUB bullets to finish off a player.
Yes, SBD is real and yes, it is already working and being applied.

Who ever told you they denied SBMM lied to you. They've been very transparent about the TrueSkill system since CoD4.

Exactly, for years the existence of SBMM was denied until it reached a point where communication grew and people began to question it, publish videos and even use tools to take advantage of it, and everything should be exposed. That's what's happening now, only 10x faster.

SBD is an aggressive system that punishes players for playing well and benefits players who play badly.

It doesn't make sense, it doesn't make them improve much, on the contrary, you're telling them that they can continue to be bad.
