bo6 fetching online profile loop bug unable to play ?

trying to start multiplayer puts you in a boot loop of fetching online profile, loading online playerstats, over and over.... whilst the music intro plays over and over ! WHYYYYY!

got a email from activision support explain at bang on 9:00am today telling me the only fix is with steam and cod hq cannot be fixed on pc the only option i have is to try the game pass version and or xbox version which they would be able to re instate my profile to stop the looping! but i would have to buy a WHOLE ANOTHER COPY of black ops 6 COD is a joke right now.

uninstalling, re verifying files, re downloading all the shaders and changing graphical setting does nothing DO NOT waste your time its a client side issue not fixable by any user.

Go into ranked, create a class and reset all your gun builds to default! Was struggling with this for 4 days and this worked for me!

Just happened to me today. I found I could get into Zombies without it doing the Fetch loop and it appears to have started when I deleted a pistol blueprint that was in several loadouts.
For some reason the game decided a shotgun should be placed there even though I am not using overkill on those classes. As soon as I switched the shotgun out for something "legal" the problem went away. No need to suddenly become a game dev.

Adding on to this for people in the future, the fix for me was to delete/reset every weapon build i could while in the zombies gunsmith. As soon as I did that i was able to get back into multi.

Mine was doing the same thing today after the update. Luckily I was already lvl 55, I joined and clicked multiplayer as fast as I could then prestiged. It didn’t work at first, I played on match of multiplayer and it did the loop again. I restarted and clicked on WZ as soon as I loaded in and now it’s working. Been working for the last hour or so

how on earth has this still not been fixed or addressed wow, i'm shocked its still a problem !
