Randomly, cant use score streak in zombies

It's random but in some multi-matches I'm unable to use my score streak #3 option. Doesn't matter whats there or when I try to use it, it just wont work. Even swapping for another thing doesn't help.
To clarify this is the slot for chopper, mutant inject., Etc. Anyone else getting this?

yeah can't seem to figure it out, sometimes when I activate a gumball, most specifically when I use perkaholic, it'll fix it for a few times that game then it just stops working again. not a clue. most games now I can't use scorestreaks, even in solo.

Same here.... its soooo freakin annoying.... being on pc I thought they would have rolled a patch fix but still nothing
