Possible solution for people with game crashing on startup/launch loading screen

Just to preface, my game is on Xbox pass and ran flawlessly since launch date. Then i got put into limited matchmaking and haven't played for a week (why bother, 100% vs cheaters).
Finally got it removed today but, surprise surprise, game doesn't launch. I tried repairing, i reinstalled twice, deleted the "player" folder in "My documents".

a following chain of steps i tried last seemed to have done it, since after i was able to start up the game, download shaders without an issue and am still playing.

Possible solutions:

• Uninstalling Steelseries GG software (likely not it)
  
• Closing Wallpaper engine (also likely not it)
  
  likely solution:
  Open Microsoft Edge, click on the 3 dots top right corner, and chose "settings"
  In settings search bar look for "boost", and once the results come up, switch OFF all the following options:
  
  
• Startup boost
  
• Continue running background extensions and apps when Microsoft Edge is closed
  
• Use Graphics acceleration when available
  
  close Edge and restart PC.
  
  these were my final changes that resulted in my game being fixed. Perhaps it will do something for you as well.

pent 3000 on a laptop to play again and i just bought BO6 and before i saw the main menu i was perm band can anyone explain please
