Black Ops 6 Settings Reset Every Match

Hi all! My graphics and keybind settings reset everytime I start up the campaign, a multiplayer pvp match, or a zombies match. I play on Steam on a Windows 11 PC. I do NOT have the X Box Gamepass. I do NOT use OneDrive (I forcibly uninstalled it a long time ago). I do NOT have that Black Ops 6 config file in my Documents folder set to read-only mode. So what am I supposed to do to fix this issue? It's driving me absolutely insane and is making the game unplayable for me.
