maybe not available now as black ops 6 is out however go top the store page for MW3 and it will be there if its available

after looking under DLC its no longer there same as MW2 so my guess is once the new game comes out then you can no longer get it as it gives you black cell battle pass

vault edition gives you black cell battle pass however as mw3 is now finished then would assume you can no longer buy it as you couldn't use it
