problem with "madness" calling card

I had to literally youtube how to do the calling card, just to find out it was bugged all along. If it was a multiplayer calling card it'd be fixed already...
Like, how do you tell them something is broken and needs fixin?

Same issue, looked on multiple forums and Reddit. It is apparently a known issue.

The challenge is "kill 5 or more zombies rapidly that are affected by two or more elements". This isn't talking about ammo mods. Throw a shock charge, then a molotov, then use an explosive weapon to kill all the zombies before the molotov kills them.
