game stuck at applying update

I have tried to uninstall. I have adjusted the properties and turned off the read only, i have tried to delete document folders, other games attached to it like mw3, changing the game mode, changed the language and everything has failed. I also just did the most recent update and it also didn't help.

since the new patch, got kicked out of the game and suddently i couldn't get into the game anymore.
They prob will hotfix it tomorrow
