Do Not Buy

Wort game with SBMM ever. First COD I bought after 4-5 years and SBMM is worse than ever... I literally threw games 10 in a row getting wins with .50 KD and I cant get a lobby without someone going 60&10. Game is an absolute joke. Do not get for anything past the campaign. Game pass is the only price it's worth after 30 hours...

no Joke it's actually funny they would even release a game that is not ready in the slightest. Moreover, just simply re skinned Cold War..

Very select few who would rather throw games than just play the game, without feeling like they aren't good enough to play when it started as a casual game...

I have a KD that does not match what I just went through, It's selective SBMM. You cannot get a good game anymore

Its not SBMM. Its server side desync and its the worst its been in a long time in this game. Its rewarding higher ping players more than low ping players.

daily reminder to all of the people complaining about SBMM: they turned off SBMM once, almost nobody noticed, because almost everyone in this game is a "sweat"

It wasn't turned off and was only for 1/2 of North America...

Activision ran a "deprioritize skill test" where the developers decreased skill's importance in matchmaking in the algorithm, but did not shut it off entirely. It ran the test for 50% of its North American playerbase for a two-week period in early 2024

My MP runs have been very balanced tbh and my KD has been above 1 90% of the time, which didn't happen in MW3. I greatly depends on the region, time and day you play as well. You may bump into more skilled player or cheaters as usual, but so far it's been fun.
